Delivery & Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: Generally, all orders require 0 to 1 business day to be validated, packed, and prepared for dispatch (excluding weekends and legal holidays).

Operation Schedule: Our logistics team operates from Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or during official public holidays will enter processing on the subsequent Monday or next available working day.

2. Transit Time & Total Estimated Delivery
Once your package is handed over to our partner fulfillment carriers, the transit times are estimated as follows:

Estimated Shipping Time: Packages typically spend 3 to 5 business days in transit before arriving at your destination.

Total Estimated Delivery Frame: Combining our handling and transit schedules, you can generally expect your package within 3 to 6 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Shipping Costs & Rates
Transparency at Checkout: All shipping fees and applicable delivery charges are calculated transparently and displayed on the checkout page before payment.

Promotional Shipping: If your order qualifies for any ongoing free shipping promotions, this deduction will be automatically reflected at your final checkout summary.

4. Delivery Territories & Address Accuracy
We fulfill shipments exclusively to the destinations available in our checkout dropdown menu.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an absolute, accurate, and comprehensive physical delivery address.

Please note that we cannot be held liable for delivery failures, lost shipments, or extended delays resulting from incorrect, partial, or invalid shipping details submitted during checkout.

5. Order Tracking Information
Upon shipment dispatch, an automated notification containing your unique tracking number and carrier link will be sent to your registered email address.

Please note that tracking systems may require up to 24 hours to activate and display status updates once the shipping courier scans the package at their sorting facility.

6. Mitigating Delivery Delays
While the vast majority of our shipments arrive within the stated timelines, occasional exceptions may occur. Delays can result from external variables beyond our direct management, including severe weather anomalies, carrier logistical bottlenecks, holiday surges, or rigorous customs checkpoints.
If your package has not updated or arrived beyond the expected timeframe, please reach out to our support team immediately for investigation.

7. Modifying Shipping Addresses
We encourage you to double-check your shipping information prior to payment. If you detect an error in your address after placing an order, contact our support team immediately. We will make every effort to intercept and modify the address before fulfillment; however, we cannot modify or redirect any shipments once they have entered the processing phase or have been collected by the courier.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
In the event that your tracking number marks the order as "Delivered" but it cannot be located, we recommend verifying with neighbors, family members, or your local postal hub first. If the package remains missing, please contact our dedicated customer care desk within 7 days of the stated delivery date, and we will assist you in launching an official claim with the carrier.
